Quickbooks?

Is it possible to have two companies open to QuickBooks? We have two seprate companies and will need two seprate Business ouverte.Merci for yes, but how can I do?

    Yes, it is possible. Go to File, New Company, then follow the prompts for starting a new company.
    You will need to maintain separate company files.

    Well, yes and no. You can have 2 company files. In fact, you can have as many company files as you want. But, you can only have one open at a time. The only way around that would be to have two different versions of QuickBooks installed. For instance, you could have Company A open in QB2006 and at the same time have Company B open in QB2007. Fortunately, it’s really easy to switch from company to company in a single version of QuickBooks. You just have to be careful and know which one you are using when you create new transactions.
